Abdomen PET image datasets

The abdomen, commonly called belly, is the part of the body that lies between the thorax (chest) and pelvis. It contains many vital organs such as the stomach, small intestine, large intestine, liver, spleen, gallbladder, pancreas, uterus, fallopian tubes, ovaries, kidneys, uterus and bladder. Our database is filled with images of the abdomen showing the positioning of the different organs it houses. The images are followed by a radiology report with focus on different pathologies.
