Pancreatic cancer and benign lesions abdominal MRI medical image datasets

Several malignant and benign neoplasms may arise in the pancreas. Certain types of benign tumors can become cancerous without treatment, others, have no risk of becoming cancerous and do not require treatment. The most common benign pancreatic neoplasm is serous cystadenoma. These tumors are reliably cured with surgical removal alone. Due to the excellent soft tissue contrast resolution, MRI is frequently able to readily separate cystic from non cystic tumors. The database consists of MRI abdominal medical images with varying levels of pathology. The images are accompanied by a radiology report with detailed description. Our pancreas image dataset is constantly enriched by new quality imagery data.
